Brad brings more than 30 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management, complemented by a strong background in facilities maintenance and construction across the semiconductor, solar, and residential sectors. His multifaceted expertise provides a solid foundation for his work as an instructor in Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) training.
With a teaching style grounded in real-world experience, Brad enriches his classes with firsthand stories—from painting barns and farmhouses with lead-based paint in the mid-1970s to managing a full renovation of a 1920 Craftsman home in 2020. His ability to connect regulatory requirements with practical application helps students gain a deeper understanding of the material and how it relates to their own work.
For over seven years, Brad has delivered RRP Initial and Refresher courses throughout Oregon, and he now brings his engaging, experience-based training to Washington State through Pb82 Training LLC. Expansion into Idaho and Montana is on the horizon, continuing Brad’s commitment to equipping contractors across the region with the knowledge and certification they need to work safely and compliantly.
